Kocuria varians (Micrococcus varians)

An aerobic, gram-positive or gram-variable coccus occurring in tetrads (groups of four) and irregular clusters of tetrads or rarely in packet or as single cells. It produces a yellow colony. They are found on mammalian skin, beach sand, and water. The majority of strains are nonpathogenic.
